Transcription To the 5th and 6th hee saith that the saydTo the 5th and 6th hee saith that the sayd shipp ladeing is onely herrings<br /> taken by the labour of this deponent and his company fishing upon the<br /> seas, and that the same were to be transported to Delfes haven aforesayd<br /> and there delivered to the sayd Marimus Tunison And otherwise<br /> answereth negatively./ To the 7th hee saith hee hath bin twice in ffrance within these 6 yeares<br /> last once in a shipp called the ''Black stond hore'' and once in a shipp<br /> called the ''Hope'', but never in the shipp the ''Sharke'' now seized And<br /> further hee cannot depose To the 8th hee saith that hee was hyred to gooe only on a fishing<br /> voyage for herrings and to bring them to delfes haven aforesayd<br /> and there end his voyage and was to receive five Guilders of the<br /> sayd Marim[?i]s Tunison for every last of herrings he tooke/ To the 9th hee saith hee had Holland colours at all on board his sayd<br /> shipp the ''Sharke'' when shee was taken and saith shee was taken<br /> by the Interrate Captaine Wely upon the open Sea but whether the<br /> sayd Captaine had any Commission onboard jim hee knoweth not<br /> And further hee cannot depose/ To the last Interrogatorie hee answereth<br /> negatively./ the marke of<br /> Gerrit [MARKE] Johnson H.
