To the tenth he saith the sayd shipp began … To the tenth he saith the sayd shipp begann her outward voyage fromDunkirke about four monthes agoe, and carryed four and twenty<br />
packes of Flemmish peice goods for the Account of fflemings and<br />
not for the Accompt of the Laders of the goods now seized, and one<br />
pack of forty peices of Sayes of Bridges for the Accompt of him<br />
this deponent And further cannot depose.
To the eleaventh he saith that none of the goods Interrate were taken in<br />
att Amsterdam or any other port under the Jurisdiction of the States<br />
Interrate. And further deposeth not. saving that he saith they were<br />
all taken in att Dunkirke and were not sent as he beleiveth from any<br />
Port under the Command of the sayd States Generall.

To the fourteenth he saith and deposeth that there were laden aboard the<br />
sayd shipp att Mondrill in Spayne two hundred and three and fifty<br />
Quartools of Muleasses, and att Malaga one hundred four score and<br />
two pipes of oyle, one hundred forty one pipes of wyne, one hundred<br />
and twelve frayles of Raisins. one and twenty barrells of Raisins of<br />
the sunn. And att cales aforesayd about one hundred and four and<br />
thirty barrs and baggs of sylver for the more certainty whereof<br />
he referrs himselfe to the said Bills of Ladeing delivered to Captaine<br />
Badily as aforesayd. And the sayd shipp and lading was bound<br />
for the ports of Dunkirke or Ostend, And saith that after the<br />
sayd goods were laden none of them were, so farr as this deponent<br />
knoweth or beleiveth deliverd a shoare againe or putt into any other<br />
shipp or vessell. And otherwise cannot depose.
