the space of theise seaven yeares last pas … the space of theise seaven yeares last past or thereabouts. And saith<br />
that for and dureing all the tyme allegate hee the said John Moller<br />
hath driven and att this present doeth drive a trade<br />
from Antwerpe to Cadiz and Saint Lucar in Spaine to which places hee<br />
comonly sendeth laces and from thence doeth receave silver and plate as<br />
the proceede thereof from his Correspondents in Spaine which hee<br />
there hath for that purpose. And for and as a merchant soe tradeing<br />
and dealeing hee saith hee was and is comonly accompted and reputed<br />
which hee knoweth because hee the said John Moller for and dureing the<br />
space of theise seaven yeares last past hath dwelt and lived and at present dwelleth [?XXXX] with this<br />
deponent as his servant and of late yeares as his Cashier, and by<br />
the spece of one yeare last past or thereabouts hath bin and is permitted<br />
by this deponent to trade in such manner as is predeposed for his owne<br />
account into Spaine from whence hee hath receaved severall returnes<br />
of plate and silver accordingly for his owne use and accompt And<br />
further cannot depose.
To the second third 4th and 5th articles of the said Allegation and to the<br />
bill of ladeing to the said 5th article annexed and showed unto him<br />
hee saith and deposeth That within and for all the tyme allegate the<br />
said John Moller was and at this present is the true and lawfull<br />
Owner and proprietor of three small packs and one small barre<br />
of silver weighing alltogether seaventy fower markes and halfe<br />
an Ounce of silver marked as in the Margent which by his factors<br />
and correspondents in Cadize was there laden on board the ship the<br />

saith was sent over land from Cadiz to Rouan in ffrance to one Jaques<br />
ffarmanel this deponents correspondent who heareing that this deponent<br />
was come over from fflanders into England did amongest other<br />
letters send the said bill of ladeing inclosed in a letter<br />
from Jacinto Neimannt by whom the said silver was soe<br />
laden as is predeposed) in this deponents Packett which accordingly<br />
came to this deponents hands and possession And saith that<br />
