flagge aboard when they were seized.

to receive freight at Hamburgh.

certaine Interrogatories on the behalfe of the State saith<br />
and deposeth as followeth videlicet.
To the fist Interrogatorie hee saith and deposeth that the owners of the<br />
said shipp the ''Peter'' are Arnold van hasedunck, hance does, Joachim<br />
Edwards, Joachim Gable, and hee this deponent All hamburgers and<br />
there borne and living all their times and subiects of the free State<br />
of hamburgh and<br />
that the said Edward and Joachim Gable aforesaid are and<br />
each of them owner of an eighth part and every of the other persons<br />
of a quarter part of the said shipp, and that noe other person whatsoever<br />
hath any interest therein.

being then newe and having come only from fflinsborough in holstein<br />
