To the last 8th Interrogatorie hee saith T … To the last 8th Interrogatorie hee saith That the said shippe<br />
the ''Saint Martin'' was seized by eight of the Parliaments shipps<br />
neere the Ile Corsico about 5 moneths since after which tyme<br />
this Examinate together with the producent and six other<br />
Armenians with 5 servants and some Maultesa Men<br />
and Woomen (but noe french at all) were turned ashore<br />
at and upon an Iland neere Trapany And otherwise hee<br />
cannot depose saveing that the names of the said six<br />
other Armenian Merchants were as followeth videlicet. three<br />
Jacomos Hojar Petro Hojah Kamal and Hojar Marco<br />
and three servants hee saith were two of them named<br />
theireiopeid one Balthazar one Hatchatour and one<br />
Gregario.
To the 9th hee answereth negatively to every part thereof<br />
saying that hee never sawe any of the parties interrogated since hee<br />
this Examinate and his Country men were soe turned out of the said<br />
ship the ''Saint Martin''.
To the last he saith that hee this Examinate together<br />
with all the rest of the said six Armenian Merchants and the<br />
producent have bin at Ligorne since theire being soe turned<br />
a shore neere Trepany and that they got thither some of them in<br />
a vessell of Trapany and others of them in a vessell<br />
belonging to the Duke of Florence from thense they came to Marseillia and from Marseillia<br />
they came over land through fraunce to Callice and soe to dover in<br />
a barque, but the name thereof or to whom the saime belonged<br />
hee saith hee knoweth not. And further hee saith hee<br />
cannot depose.
