To the first second third fourth and fifth articles of the said allegation given the next Court<br />
day after Saint Andrew last and to the two schedules or bills of lading anexed<br />
nowe showed unto him hee saith and deposeth that hee well knoweth the<br />
producent Sir Jacob Garret and that within the time arlate there came<br />
to Ligorne to the hands of the arlate John ffairfax and company 27 barrells<br />
and one caske of Indico, consigned unto the said ffairfax and mr Thomas<br />
B[?arnesley] from the said Sir Jacob Garret from London and<br />
to be disposed of by them for his accompt, six of which barrells came<br />
and were soe brought to Ligorne in the shipp the ''Arabella'' of London<br />
