Logwood or other West India goods from [?] without an<br />
order or [?] first obtained[?] for that purpose of the<br />
Governer the Judge of East[?] India or[?] some other for this time<br />
being in [?] there, which[?] being done and the Custome<br />
paid for the same this deponent of his certaine[?] knowledge<br />
[?] that for all the tyme aforesaid it hath bin<br />
Usuall for English mirrchants to transport the<br />
said goods to any country in friendship<br />
with the King of Spaine, and for which they were obliged to retain[?]<br />

cannot depose.
To the 6th interogatorie[?] hee saith and deposith that the<br />
