Ad 2um et 3um arlos dicta alluis deponit et dicit that<br />
hee this deponent being appointed by Mr James Talbott<br />
and Daniel Cottye the Owners of the ship the ''Greene Dragon''<br />
arlate then lyeing in the Lee Road in the River of Thames there<br />
to deliver out of the said ship the quantitie of 261<br />
hogsheads of Virginia Tobaccoe which was brought<br />
home in the same from Virginia hee did accordingly<br />
upon the 6th day f Aprill last past repaire downe thither<br />
(haveing a Note now with him which hee then had from the<br />
said Owners under there hands for soe doieing) and findeing the said ship<br />
in Lee Road did goe to her side in a wherry<br />
and did there give notice to the arlate John Andie<br />
that hee had orders from the said owners to come abord<br />
the said ship and there to deliver out to the said Mr Meares<br />
or his assignes the quantitie of Tobaccoes aforesaid (which hee saith<br />
amongest other goods had bin arrested by them) and withall<br />
gave the said Andrie a letter from the producent Mr<br />
Meares which did require the delivery of the said Tobaccoes<br />
