Ad 5um arlum alluis ex parte Bladewell in hac<br />
parte dat et oblat dicit et deponit , That at the<br />
the tyme of the arrivall of the arlate shippe<br />
the ''Centurion'' at the port of Archangell<br />
the voyage arlate the arlate William Bladewell<br />
and others to whom he [?XX] had lest tonnage in<br />
the said shippe had goodes sufficient to<br />
have fully laden the sayd shippe in that<br />
port [?XXX] shee were of the burthen of<br />
two hundred and fifty tonnes or a farr<br />
greater burthen and the factor of the said<br />
Bladewell at Archangell aforesaid did<br />
offer unto the Master of the said shippe to<br />
lade more goodes aboard her, but the Master<br />
of her refussed to take into her any more<br />
goodes and sent backe some of<br />
the goodes that the said Bladewells<br />
facttor and others had sent to bee laded in<br />
the said shipp And this hee affirmeth<br />
uppon his oath to be true of his<br />
knowledge who the same tyme lived as<br />
a factor in Russia and was then at Archangell<br />
and saw divers goodes in boates sent off<br />
from the Towne of Archangell to<br />
be e laden in the said shippe, and saw them<br />
brought backe againe a shoare, and heard<br />
the Master of the said shippe tell the<br />
said Bladewells factor that hee could<br />
take in noe more goodes into the said<br />
shippe, Et alr nescit.
Ad 7um affirmat That since the arrivall of<br />
the said shippe in this port of London hee<br />
heard the Carpenter of her say that<br />
her decks were leaky most<br />
part of the voyage and that her tromells<br />
did weape wherby a greate deale of water<br />
came into her, and this examinate beleeveth<br />
that shee was not a stronge staunch and<br />
sufficient shippe as shee ought<br />
have bin because they did not as his<br />
[?XXXX] bring aboard her at Archangell all<br />
the goodes close to her sides as in other<br />
shippes they use to doe which hee beleevethhippes they use to doe which hee beleeveth +
