Ad 2um arlum allegaconis ex parte dri Polhill in hac parte dat et oblat dicitet deponit That uppon or about he thirteenth day of June Anno domini 1636 arlate<br />
the arlate Nicholas Polhill did write a letter of the tenor of the schedule arlate<br />
and sent the same unto the arlate Samuell Mico by his precontest David Page<br />
The prmisses he knoweth to be true for that<br />
he this deponent lodginge in one and the same house with the said Mr Polhill at the<br />
tyme of the writinge of the sayd letter did advise the sayd Polhill to keepe a<br />
copye therof, and thereuppon the sayd Polhill did take a copie therof beinge the<br />
schedule arlate, and this deponent compared the sayd schedule with the sayd letter<br />
sent to the sayd Micoe and found the same to be agreeable in all respects<br />
and the sayd David Page in testimony of the concordance of the sayd letter<br />
and copye did sett his hand unto the sayd copie or schedule arlate And this he affirmeth uppon his oath to<br />
