as hee beleeveth And hee beleeveth the said Pascall<br />
did goe in the said shippe as Pilott to Hamburgh<br />
and back agayne, but did not performe the offuce of<br />
Pilottm (as hee ought to have done) but by reason of his<br />
neglect hee was constrayned to hire two other<br />
pilotts, one att the fflye or Tezell, and another att<br />
Hamburgh river and neither came on board the shippe<br />
in this port of London or Hamburgh to performe any<br />
service in her, And otherwise hee doth not beleeve the<br />
same to be true in any part./
To the third hee answereth and beleeveth, That the <br />
primadge is allowed to pay Pilotage and port charges,<br />
and the residue onlye to the master and company, And<br />
otherwise hee doth nott beleive the said article./
To the fourth hee answereth and beleeveth, That the<br />
primadge due for the outwards goods doth amount<br />
eighty sixe dollers, and noe more, of which hee hath received<br />
forty one dollers, 2. marke and sixe stins and noe more,<br />
and the said Pascall. 10. dollers and .18. stins, and the<br />
primadge of the goods homewards, if it were dulye<br />
paid and could bee gotten would amount unto twelve pounds<br />
and tenn shillings, and noe more, of which hee hath received<br />
5 ''li'' 7 ''s'' and noe more, and otherwise hee doth not beleive<br />
the said article./
To the 6th. hee answereth, that saving his former<br />
answeares, hee doth not beleeve the same to bee true<br />
