of a pretensed Allegation given against<br />
him and others on the behalfe of<br />
Robert Lewellin and others doe follow
To the first and second hee answereth that<br />
hee referreth himselfe to the charter party<br />
arlate which hee beleeveth to bee signed<br />
and sealed by the said Garnett on the<br />
behalfe of himselfe and him this<br />
Rendent and the rest of the owners of the<br />
said shipp And otherwise hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the said positions to bee true in<br />
any parte
To the third and fourth hee answereth and<br />
beleeveth that the said shippe the ''Comfort''<br />
was att the time of her departure upon the<br />
voyadge in controversy a very stronge<br />
tight and sufficient shipp and did continue<br />
or att least would have soe continued<br />
all the voyadge with the ordinary care and<br />
lookeing unto of the Carpenter and Com=<br />
pany who were the servants of the<br />
said Lewellin Baman and Mackrell<br />
they being to victuall and man the said<br />
