and beleeveth that within the time arlate<br />
the arlate William Adis deceased did att<br />
Gravesend within or neere this port of<br />
London lade or cause to bee laden on=<br />
board the arlate shippe the ''Leopard''<br />
all and singular the goods wares and<br />
merchandizes in this schedule arlate<br />
mentioned to bee carried and transported<br />
in the shippe the ''Leopard'' from this port<br />
of London to the porte of Naples and<br />
this rendent did receive the said shipp<br />
and did signe or subscribe unto a<br />
bill of ladeing for the carryeing and<br />
trasporteing of the same in the said<br />
shippe for the Account of the said Adys<br />
from this port of London to the porte<br />
of Naples and for deliverey of the same<br />
unto this rendent or his Assignes and<br />
this rendent att the time of the ladeing<br />
of the said goods schedulate aboard the<br />
arlate shippe the ''Leopard'' or imediatly<br />
after did promise the said Adys that in case<br />
hee this respondent could get a good<br />
market or price for the goods schedulate<br />
att Naples whilst hee this respondent<br />
remained with the said shippe at that<br />
porte (he ethis respondent being from<br />
thence bound to severall other ports)<br />
hee would sell and dispose of the said<br />
goods schedulate (being herrings) for the<br />
Account of the said Adys as hee did of his<br />
owne herrings which hee likewise car=<br />
ried in the said shippe the same voyadge<br />
