Nevill eight tuns and three quarters of a tunn of goods<br />
and not above as he beleeveth And he alsoe<br />
beleeveth that there were brought home in the said<br />
shipp the voyage arlate for the account of the<br />
arlate Abraham Child tenn tunns and a quarter<br />
of goods and not above as he beleeveth And he<br />
alsoe beleeveth that there were brought home<br />
in the said shipp for the proper and particuler account<br />
of the arlate Philip Allen the voyage arlate tenn<br />
tunns of goods and not above as he beleeveth<br />
And this Rendent as he beleeveth hath received<br />
freight from the said John Langly Thomas Nevill<br />
Abraham Child and Philip Allen respectively for<br />
the severall and respecetive quantities and tunnage of<br />
goods brought home in the said shipp for theire<br />
respective accounts as is in these his answeares to<br />
this eigth position of the said pretended allegation<br />
expressed and noe more as he beleeveth And further<br />
he referreth himselfe to the Charter party arlate<br />
And otherwise he doth not beleeve the said pretended<br />
position to be true in any part thereof savinge he<br />
beleeveth that the said Philip Allen besides his owne Tenn Tonnes of goods before [?mentioned] upon the<br />
returne of the said shipp to Colcehester the voyage<br />
in question at the request of Mr hamondware<br />
and company did Cleere in the Custome house<br />
at Colchester and take up for them twenty three<br />
tunns of goods and noe more as hee beleeveth<br />
which were brought<br />
home in the said shipp the said voyage for the<br />
account of the said Mr Ward and Company<br />
upon account of the tonnage taken by the Charter<br />
party in question in the name of Edward Ware
To the nibth position of the said pretended allegation he<br />
answeareth and beleeveth that presently after the returne of the<br />
said shipp the ''Neptune'' to Colchester the voyage in<br />
question being ended the arlate Owen dowrish<br />
sued ths Rendent in this Court for the goods laden<br />
