Master of the shipp called the ''hare'' of hamburrowe<br />
which Appearer declared That whereas<br />
Alexander Barron merchant at ham=<br />
burrowe hath contracted with the said<br />
shippmaster for to goe with the said<br />
shippe laden from hamburrowe to the<br />
Canary Islands to unlade and receive<br />
there his full ladeing in wines and other<br />
goods as the said merchant or his As=<br />
signes should please as by the charter<br />
party beareing date the eight and Twentieth<br />
day of June last past appeareth And<br />
whereas Gonsale vas de Cumesan<br />
Assigne of the said Alexander Barron<br />
hath not laden in the said shipp his full<br />
ladeing as by a protest made against<br />
him duely appeare And likewise by an<br />
Attestation made here in London that<br />
there wanted the quantity of one hundred<br />
ninety Twoe Canary pipes of wine<br />
And the said Appearer haveing before the<br />
day of the date hereof required of Mr<br />
Roger Kilvert of London merchant Assigne<br />
here of the said Alexander Barron halfe<br />
of the freight already due to the said Christopher<br />
Peeterson for the loadeing of the said<br />
Alexander Barron and to deliver to him<br />
Appearer his bill of loadeing hee the<br />
said Appearer haveing delivered to him<br />
the said Roger Kilvert the number of<br />
Seaven Bales of Cutcheneale and one<br />
hundred ninety one pipes of wine<br />
being one pipe more then is specified<br />
in the said bill of ladeing and seaventy<br />
sixe pipes of wine more delivered<br />
