by error declare that one exiteenth part of the said shipp<br />
whereof the said Thomas Middleton was owner was<br />
bought by the said Edward Arlabeere since the<br />
beginning of this suite whereas in truth the said<br />
Arlabeere did never buy any part of the said shipp<br />
of the said Middleton since the beginnin of this<br />
suite but on the contrary the said Middleton<br />
hath bought of the said Arlabeere since the<br />
beginning of this suite his 16th part of the said shipp<br />
whereof the said Arlabeere was owner as<br />
aforesaid and theire said proctor did alsoe in<br />
the said specification by mistake and for want of<br />
instruction omitt to set downe the foresaid Richard<br />
Bakeman as an owner togeather with the foresaid<br />
dixon and Lissett of one 16th parte of the said shipp<br />
all which errors in the foresaid specification these<br />
Rendents doe for their partes revoke and subduct<br />
and doe humbly desire they may be revoked<br />
and subducted and that the said specification may<br />
be and may be reputed and accounted to be as<br />
in these theire answeares made, to this third article of<br />
the allegation is exprest And they further<br />
beleeve that since the beginning of this suite<br />
the foresaid William Watson hath sould to<br />
the said Thomas Middleton his foresaid<br />
sixteenth part of the said shipp but not of the<br />
freight in question and that the said<br />
Edward Arlabeere hath alsoe sould to the<br />
said Middleton his said 16th parte of the said<br />
shipp and of the freight in arreare and that<br />
since the beginning of this suite the foresaid<br />
William Thompson departed this life, and<br />
