Mullenox the arlate sixteenth parte<br />
of the said shippe the ''Mary Bonad''<br />

furniture or signe seale or deliver<br />
any bill of sale of the same to or<br />
for the use of the said Mullenox, or<br />
that the said Mullenox was in<br />
pursuance of any such pretended<br />
sale before the fist of January 1647<br />
aforesaid putt into possession of the<br />
arlate one sixteenth parte of the<br />
said shippe the ''Mary Bonadven''<br />
''ture'' or of her tackle and furniture<br />
as is arlate by this rendent or any<br />
of this rendents assignes, nor did the<br />
said Mullenox as he beleeveth ever<br />
pay unto this rendent or his assignes<br />
for or in consideration of the arlate<br />
sixteenth part of the said shippe<br />
or in parte thereof the summe of<br />
200 ''li'' or 100 ''li'' or any summe of<br />
money whatsoever as he beleeveth<br />
nor hath this rendent as he beleeveth<br />
