shippe and used force mennaces and<br />
threatening speeches to get into their<br />
hands and possession some of the<br />
goods which were aboard the said<br />
shipp And otherwise for his parte<br />
hee doeth not beleeve the same to bee<br />
true in any parte
To the nineth psoition hee anwereth and<br />
accepteth of the same soe farre forth<br />
as it maketh for him and not other<br />
wise and hee beleeveth that Ten<br />
Barrills of Indicoe which are arrested<br />
in this cause were by force and<br />
violence and against the good will and<br />
likeing of the Master and Company of the<br />
''Salvadore'' arlate taken out of the said<br />
shipp and carried onbord the said<br />
shipps the ''harry Bonadventure'' and<br />
the ''hopewell'' videlicet five Barrills abord<br />
each shipp And otherwise for his parte<br />
hee doeth not beleeve this position<br />
to bee true in any parte
To the 10th position hee answereth and<br />
accepteth of the same soe farre forth<br />

wise and hee beleeveth That after<br />
