To the second pretended position they and<br />
either of them answer and beleeve that<br />
the shippe the ''Wickentance'' arlate is a<br />
dutch shippe and doeth wholy belonge to<br />
dutch owners ut credunt and the arlate<br />
Peeters is a dutchman and that all the<br />
said Owners and fraightors doe or did<br />
att the fraighteing of the said shipp live<br />
in holland and that the Contract for<br />
the first fraighteing of the said shippe<br />
the ''Wickentance'' for the voyadge in ques=<br />
tion was made in holland and the<br />
voyadge for the said shipp was to end<br />
and determine either here att London or<br />
in holland whether these Rendents<br />
pleased and those Rendents beleeve that<br />
upon the delivery of all the said Rendents<br />
goods here in this porte of London or<br />
in holland and not before the fraight<br />
for the said shippe the said voyadge was<br />
to bee paid in holland And soe much<br />
is well knowne to those Rendents ut<br />
credunt And otherwise for theire partes<br />
they nor either of them doe not beleeve<br />
the said position to bee true in any parte<br />
thereof
