To the 4th pretensed position hee answereth<br />
and beleeveth that after the death<br />
of the arlate Robert Page and after<br />
the arlate shipp the<br />
''Jonathan and Abigall'' had taken in<br />
all her ladeing and was ready to<br />
set saile from the Barbadoes towards<br />
London and not before this Rendent<br />
was put in and constituted by the<br />
factors of the freightors to bee Master<br />
of her and tooke upon him the care<br />
charge and government of the said shipp<br />
to saile and bring her home for<br />
England and noe otherwise and for<br />
the rest of the said position hee refer<br />
reth himselfe to the Records of this<br />
Courte which hee beleeveth to bee true<br />
And otherwise hee doeth not beleeve<br />
the said pretensed position to bee true in<br />
any parte
To the 5th pretensed position hee answereth<br />
and beleeveth that within the time<br />
arlate the said shipp the ''Jonathan''<br />
''and Abigall'' did departe and set saile<br />
from Carlisle Bay in the Barbadoes<br />
and safely arrived in this porte of<br />
