hee doeth not beleeve the said pretensed<br />
position or schedule to bee true in any<br />
parte Saveing this Rendent beleeveth<br />
that the arlate shippe the ''Jonathan and''<br />
''Abigall'' the time arlate was and remai<br />
ned at Carlisle Bay arlate
To the 4th pretensed position hee answereth<br />
and beleeveth that after the death of<br />
the arlate Robert Page and after<br />
the arlate shippe the ''Jonathan and''<br />
''Abigall'' had taken in all her ladeing<br />
and was ready to set saile from the<br />
Barbadoes towards London and not<br />

constituted by the factors of the fraigh<br />
tors to bee Master of her and tooke upon<br />
him the care charge and government<br />
of the said shippe to saile or bringe<br />
her home for England and not other<br />
wise and for the rest of the said posi<br />
tion hee referreth himselfe to the<br />
Records of this Courte which hee belee<br />
veth to bee true And otherwise hee<br />
doeth not beleeve the said pretensed<br />
