arlate Grigs who went Master in the<br />
said shipp did neglect and omitt<br />
his opportunitye soe much and<br />
stayed soe much longer then hee<br />
needed or should have donne<br />
with his shipp before hee arrived<br />
thither that this Rendents goods<br />
being wines were much wasted and<br />
spoiled with longe lyeing soe that<br />
this Rendents factor being out of hope<br />
and expectation of the arrivall of<br />
the said shipp the ''Mathew'' and to pre<br />
vent the great losse of the said goods was<br />
there enforced to fraight a great shipp<br />
of att least 400 Tonnes there being<br />
never a lesse to bee gotten whereas a<br />
shipp of 200 Tonnes would have<br />
served his Turne as well and did<br />
alsoe buy other goods to lade upon the<br />
said shipp of 400 Tonnes withall which<br />
said wines and other goods by reason<br />
of theire longe lyeing there and other<br />
dammages were much spoiled and<br />
damnified by which meanes and the<br />
charges in freight [?in] the said other shipp<br />
