doeth alsoe beleeve that the said Regamor<br />
ter had not seene the ''Saint Anthonye''<br />
by the space of foure dayes next before<br />
her seizure by the said Captaine<br />
Brandlinge And otherwise for his parte<br />
hee doeth not beleeve the said pretensed<br />
position to bee true in any parte thereof
To the ninth pretensed position hee an<br />
swereth and referreth himselfe to<br />
his former Answers and further<br />
beleeveth that at such time as the said<br />
Brandlinge mett with and surprized<br />
the ''Saint Anthony'' arlate the ''Browne''<br />
''fish'' mentioned in the proceedings<br />
of this cause nor the said Regmor<br />
ter were not within sight of her<br />
nor within [BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT] leagues of her<br />
nor had bin in Company of her<br />
by the space of foure daies next<br />
before the said Brandlinge seized<br />
on her as aforesaid And otherwise<br />
