whatsoever belongeing to the said shipp<br />
as alsoe all the goods wares and<br />
merchandizes and the whole ladeing<br />
whatsoever that was onboard her at<br />
the time of her seizure by the said<br />
Captaine Regemorter by vertue of his<br />
Commission in this cause exhibited and<br />
before did belonge and appertaine to<br />
the kinge of Portugall or to certaine<br />
Portugises his Subiects or to other<br />
Subiects of the said kinge and before<br />
and untill the said seizure made by the<br />
said Regemorter as aforesaid the said<br />
shipp and all her ladeing aboard her<br />
were the proper goods of the said kinge<br />
of Portugall or of his Subiects and<br />
for and is owners thereof unto that<br />
time they were commonly Accounted<br />
reputed and taken And otherwise for<br />
his pparte hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the said position to bee true in<br />
any parte thereof Saveinge hee beleeveth<br />
that after such time as the said John<br />
Regmorter had seized and surprized<br />
the said shipp the ''Saint Anthonye'' and<br />
her ladeing by vertue of his Commission<br />
aforesaid hee tooke out of her Thirty<br />
five Portugieses into his man of<br />
warre and kept them onboard him<br />
