Rendent in his former Answers hath<br />
expressed all which were laden by the<br />
factors and Agents of the said Alexander<br />
Baron whoe freighted the said shippe<br />
as hee beleeveth and consigned to him<br />
the said Kilvert by charter party but by<br />
bills of ladeing some of the said wines<br />
were said to bee fore the Account of other<br />
persons and soe the said one hundred and<br />
ninety pipes of Canary wines arlate<br />
were said to bee laden for the Account<br />
of Mr Roger Kilvert and the bill of<br />
ladeing mentioned in the said Article<br />
was by this Rendent in fact signed for<br />
the same and is one of the originall<br />
bills for the said 190 pipes as hee beleeveth<br />
but hee doeth not beleeve the contentsgt;
but hee doeth not beleeve the contents +
