THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAM:T of me Richard Oxenden of London Esq:r Son and heir of Sarah Oxenden late of S:t James Clerkenwell Middy Widow deceased who

was the Relict Executrix and principall Legate named in the last Will and Testament of xx Richard Oxenden late of Rochester Esq:r my late ffather deceased WHEREAS I the said Richard Oxenden Esq:r now am and do stand seized of a good and indefeizable Estate of ffee simple of some other goods Estate of Inheritance to me and my heirs of and in all these five pieces of parcells of Marsh Land containing by estimacon eighteen acres with the appurtenances lying and being in Woodnesborough in the County of Kent near the Towne or Port of Sandwich in the said County of Kent now or late in the tenure or occupacon of Edward Morris James Stuart and Abraham Buxwell and any or either of them and also of and in all these my three pieces or parcells of Marsh Land called Abbotts Meade containing by estimacon twenty six acres more or less with the appurtenances lying and being in Shoulden in the said County of Kent now or late in the tenure or occupacon of Edward Morris his undertenants or Assignes now I the said Richard Oxenden do hereby give and devise All and singular the said Lands and Tenem:ts and all other my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever in the said County of Kent to my loving ffreind Hannah Wright of London Spinster to hold and enjoy the same to her and her Assignes for and during the terme of her naturall life And from and after her decease then I do hereby give devise and bequeath All and singular my aforesaid Lands Tenements and hereditaments to S:r James Oxenden of Dean in the parish of Wingham in the said County of Kent Barron:t To have and to hold to him the said S:r James Oxenden and the heirs males of his body lawfully begotten or to be begotten forever

ITEM I give and devise to the said Hannah Wright the Summe of three hundred pounds of lawfull money of England which is now due to me upon Bond on the said S:r James Oxenden And all other my reall and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever

And I do hereby make nominate constitute and appoint the said M.rs Hannah Wright the sole Executrix of this my last Will

IN WITTNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twentieth Day of March Annodom One thousand seavenhundred and two And in the second year of the reign of our Sovereign Lady Ann Queen of England exr.
