IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I James Kendall of the parish of S:t Margaret in the Citty of Westminster in the County of S:t Margaret in the Citty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex) being God be praised of perfect health and of sound mind and memory doe make a this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme followinge Viz:t

Imprimis I give unto my Cozen John Kendall late of ?Troworghby twenty pounds per per Annum dureing the Terme of his naturall life And I alsoe give the like summe of twenty

Pounds unto my Cozen Ayres daughter of my Aun tBurbridge dureing her naturall life

ITEM I give unto my Servant Josiah Smith one hundred pounds All the rest and residue of my Estate both reall and personall whatsoever in the Kingdom of England be the same either in possession Revertion or Remainder and allsoe all my Estate in the Island of Barbadoes now called Kendall plantation with all the Negroe Slaves Cattle horses Coppers Stills and all other Utensills thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining togeather with all the houses and Buildings whatsoever thereon standing And alsoe allsummes of money due to me in the said Island by Bond Judgement or otherwise I give devise and bequeath unto M:rs Walter Colleton the eldest daughter of Coll Thomas Colleton late of the Island of Barbadoes dec:d and to her heires and Assignes for ever Lastly I doe make nominate and appoint the aforesaid Walter Colleton and her Uncle John Mead of the City of Westminster XXXX Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I doe hereby revoque and make void all former and other Wills whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made or pretended to be made

IN WITNESSE whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this second day of July in the yeare of our Lord God Seaveenteen hundred and two And in the first yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrrance and ireland Defender of the ffaith xr
