IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Abigail Bush of London Singlewoman being at this present in good health and xxxx disposing and perfect mind memory and understanding Laud and praise be therefore given to Almighty God yet considering my Mortallity and for prevention of all suits and differences that may arise after my decease concerning my Estate doe make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following
ffirst and principally I Committ and Commend my Soule into the hands of Alimighty God my Creator beleeving that by and through the merits of Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and Redeemer I shall inherit eternall life My body I committ to the Earth to be buryed in decent and Christianlike manner in the Parish of St Martin Outwich London if it may be
as for and touching and concerning all and every my temporall and worldly Estate both reall and personall which it hath pleased God to bestow upon mee or which I shall happento dye seized or possed of or any wise interested or concerned in I doe give devise and bequeath to my Aunt Hester Burkin of London widdow and to her heires and assignes forever All that my freehold and Copy hold Lands Tenements and hereditaments with the appurtenances situate lying and being within or holden of the severall mannors of Sutton Xuxxx and Sutton Outsoken in the County of North or neere thereunto adioyning The which late were the Lands Estate and Inheritance of Robert Grig and by him mortgaged and conveyed And I doe also give to my said Aunt Hester Burkin the sume of ffifteene hundred Pounds of lawfull money of England and a silver creame Bowle marked A:B
ITEM I give and bequeath to my Cosen John Burkin eldest sonn of my said Aunt and to his heires and assignes All that my mortgaged Lands Tenements and hereditaments situate lying and being within or holden of the mannor of Wymondham in the County of North lately mortaged and conveyed by Edward Colman and upon which mortgage there is now due one hundred and Twenty Pounds principall money And I doe also give to my said Cosen John Burkin the summe of One Hundred Pounds of lawfill money of England
ITEM I give and bequeath to my Cosen Isaac Burkin second son of my said Aunt and to his heires and assignes All those my mortgaged Lands Tenements and hereditaments situate in East Xrufton and Happisburgh in the County of Norff. lately mortgaged and conveyed by William XXXthorpe and upon which Mortgage there is now due One Hundred Pounds principall money
ITEM I give and bequeath to my Cosen Susanna Fflack daughter of my said Aunt One Hundred Pounds in money my great silver-salt A sute of my damask Tabling and Napkins and Two dussen (sic) of my pewter Trencher plates
ITEM I give and bequeath to my Cosen Nathaniell Letten Three Hundred Pounds in money on Trust that he shall pay and imploy the same for the use and benefitt of such person or persons as I shall by a private note or instructions give him order therein And for the time its shall lye and remaine in his hands he shall allow ffyve Pounds per Centum per annum interest for the same
ITEM I give devise and bequeath unto Hester Van Hack daughter of John Van hack and Hester his wife and to the heires and assignes of the said Hester the daughter my house and Orchard at Stratford Laughton in the County of Essex now in the possession of the Widdow

Fforks XXXX Also my ffower Acres of Land be the same more or lesse xxx in the County of Essex now in the occupacon of Thomas Sea Butcher And I doe alsoe give to the said Hester Van Hack the daughter the summe of Two Hundred Pounds in money Two Trunks the one Marked A.B. 1669 and the other A.B. 1646 with such Linnen and wearing apparell as I shall putt therein with a Barr of Gold sealed up for her XXX my Broad Best Bed and bolster and Two Pillowes and Chest of drawers and One Silver wyne Cupp marked A.B. So as and the said Devise are upon this Condicon that shee the said Hester Van Hack the daughter doe not marry before shee shall have atteyned the age of Two and Twenty yeares unless shee obteine the consent and approbacon of my Executors to such marriage And I doe will and appoint that the Rents and Profitts of the said house and Lands and also the said summe of Two Hundred Pounds Trunncks Linnen wearing apparell and other things before particularly named and intended for the said Hester Van Hack the daughter shall be receyved by lye and remaine in the hands of my said Cosen Nathaniell Letten untill shee have atteyned her age of Two and twenty yeares or be marryed with the Conset and approbacon of my Executors unles my said Cosen Nathaniell Letten shall thinke fitt and see cause to pay and delyver any part of the same to her in the meane time which if he pleases I appoint he may doe But in Case the said Hester van Hack the daughter shall dye before her said age of Two and Twenty yeares or day of marriage or shall happen to marry before her said age of Two and Twenty yeares without the consent of my Executors as aforesaid Then in every or any of the said Cases first happenibg I doe give devise and bequeath the said house and orchard at Stratford Langton and ffower Acres of Land in Greene Lane unto Abigail van Hart one other of the daughters of the said John van Hack and Hester his wife and to the heires and assignes of the said Abigail And I doe also give to the said Abigail van hack the said Two Hundred Pounds two Truncks linnen wearing apparell Barr of Gold and other things before particularly named and intended for the said Hester Van Hack
