certificate in the same state that now it

Account of the profitts of the
vice admiralty of the County of Yorke
untill the 13th of march 1653 and by
vertue of his corporall Oath to him
administred did depose that the same is
subscribed with the proper hand of the said
Earle of Mulgrave and that the contents
thereof as well for the chare and descharge
are true./.

money for the same according to their
respective agreements in that behalfe made and
that they refuse or neglect to fetch the same
from the said Commissioners and to pay for them
accordinge to theise respective agreements and
thereupon the Judges at the petition of the said Advocate
did decree the said batson and the rest of the persons
before mentioned to be monished to appeare in this place
imediate et cetera to shew cause if any they have why they should
not take the goods by them agreed for from the said Commissioners
and pay for the same accordinge to the rates betweene them
and the said Commissioners agreed on with intimation et cetera that then
they will proceed against them according to Justice et cetera./.
