To the 10th hee saith hee is noe Owner of the shipp Interrogate nor was any

To the 11th hee saith that hee cann safely sware for
the reasons aforesayd that there was noe boy to the Anchor of the
James and Martin during the tyme Interrogate that was visible and
to bee seene above water, neither at high water nnr lowe water And
further saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot answere/
To the 12th hee saith hee never heard ought to the effect Interrogate
and therefore cannot answere thereto/
To the 13th and 14th hee saith hee never heard ought touching
the matters Interrogate and therefore cannot answere to them./
To the last hee saith hee hath satisfied the contents thereof before

Top the first hee saith hee was Masters Mate of the Imployment the tyme
Interrogate And further hee cannot answere/
To the 2 hee saith the Imployment lay moored from Satterday the 29th of September
(which was the say she first moored) till Wednesday next at evening before the
sammage in question happened to her And further hee cannot answere./
To the 3 hee saith the Imployment laye about 3 shipps length distant
from the James and Martin both before and at the tyme of the dammage in question happened
and saith there were two or three shipps more laye neere the Imployment
one somewhat a head and the two other on the larbord side the tyme
Interrogate which shipps rode there without any dammage And further
hee cannot answere./
To the 4th hee saith it is usuall for the Masters and Company of loaded
shipps to moore their shipps fast and saith the Master and Company of
the Imployment did moore her as fast and carefully as they could (and
as they thought and for ought appeared to them free of all danger) And
further saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot answere./
