To the Interrogatoryes. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first Interrogatory he answereth that he commeth
to testfie at the request of the producents and that
it will bee noe proffitt or preiudice to him, which
of the partyes litigant prevayle And to the
rest he answereth negatively.

To the second Interrogatory he answereth that he beleiveth that
he hath seene the Lighter interrate some time before she
came to the shipps side for the transportating of the
goods in question And further he cannot answere

To the third he cannot answere

To the fowerth he answereth negatively to all.

To the fifth, sixth and seaventh Interrogatoryes he cannot
answeare

To the eighth Interrogatory he answeareth that he was in the
shipp the George when the Lighter interrate came unto
her side for the receiving the goods in question, And
that he remembreth not that any words passed
between him the Rendent and the said Lighters Company
And further he cannot answeare

To the ninth Interrogatory he answereth that the Barrells
of Raysins interrate, those which were Mr Slanys
were marked as is in the first place of this margent

Upon Interrogatoryes administred on
the part and behalfe of Michael
horton of Wexford in Ireland Merchant

henry Gaell of Redriffe in the County of Surrey
Mariner, where he hath lived about twelve moneth
aged about 40ty yeares, Captaine or Comander of
the sayd shipp called the Stork, a wittnes [produced
sworne before the right worshippfull William
Clarke Doctor of Lawes One of the Judges of this
Court of Admiralty saith as followeth.

To the first, second and third Interrogatoryes administred on the
behalfe of the sayd Michael horton he sayth that he the
Rendent was Commander of the interrate shipp the Stork
of London during the voyage interrate, and that thereby he
very well knew the said shipp, and that the sayd shipp
went from Limrick in Ireland unto Wexford interrate and
there
