To the 6th and 7th articles hee saith and deposeth that the said producent
in the monthe of November last in the shipp of hendrick Garstle
of hamborough sailing from Ostend and bound for Cadiz
sent to the said ffransis de la Sierpe and
Pedro Johnson the younger to Cadiz a considerable quantitie of
linnen cloth, and in the shipp of Joachim Cordes named the Saint
Albertus hee sent laces to a greate valew, this deponent (the
said producent being then in London) was imployed in the sending
thereof and made the factorie of the same; which said linnens and
laces hee saith came in safetie to the hands of the said ffransis
de la Sierpe and Pedro Johnson the younger, as by their letters of
advise they signified, back to Antwerp the same
and had the same in the proceede thereof in their hands, and
reladed the said peeces of eight with the proceed thereof as
they alsoe acknowledged
