To the fourth hee saith that hee hath heard that the said Maximilian da
hogha and ffrancis de la Sierpe are natives the one of Ypers and the
other of dunquirke in fflanders, and saith the said Mr Pinquet liveth
in the hopland over against the ffowlestreete in Antwerp, and soe hath
done for all the said time of this deponent dwelling with him, and kept
his familie there, And otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.

To the fifth article hee saith and deposeth that hee knoweth nothing
thereof further than what hee hath predeposed, not being in the
voyage in question, nor was hee as hee saith ever at Cales.

To the 11th hee saith hee beleeveth hee certainly knoweth
that the said plate and silver claimed by the producent in this cause
doth in truth and realitie belonge to the said producent
and not unto any ffrenchman or hollander or subiect of the kinge
of ffrance or of the States of the United Netherlands, and that the
same should have gonne to him to Antwerp and there converted and
imployed by him to his owne use in the matter of commerce. And
otherwise negatively.

To the 14 hee saith that the said Jacques Pinquet as aforesaid sent
diverse goods to Cales to his said factors, and for the particularitie of
their markes, numbers, kindes, valewes and the names of the shipps
and masters wherein they went with the times hee leaveth a list or
schedule thereof which hee saith hee with his owne hand extracted
out of the ffactorie-booke of the said producent kept for such matters,
And saith the said shipps went all from Ostend. And the said goods were all for the
said producents owne accompt, And otherwise hee cannot depose saving as aforesaid.

To the 15th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition.

To the 16 hee saith that hee this deponent is an Antwerpian borne
and by habitation and otherwise negatively.
