mercator etats 24 annorum aut circiter testis in hac parte
productus iuratus et examinatus, dicit quoad Edmundum White
et Rowland Wilson per 3 menss aut circiter ex visu tantu novit, et Thomom
Stannton partem con quam products per 4 annnos etaps aut

[Ad primum secundum et reliquos arlos libelli in hac parte dat et oblat
et schedulam in eadem menconat dicit et deponit That in or about
the month of march Anno 1635 stilo novo, the arlate James
Downes was reputed to be servant of the arlate Edmond White
and yen lived at Mallega in house with the arlate Robert Stannton
since deceased, and the said Stannton whilest he lived was reputed
to be factor with the sayd James Downes for the sayd White, and in or about the moneth aforesayd
there arrived at Mallega the arlate shipp called the [?Darlinge]
(whereof Thomas Johnson was master) out of which shipp there was brought
by the order of the sayd James Downes into the house and possession of the sayd
