  • Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
  • Save the page

hath certified unto the said Adys by
letters in his life time And otherwise
this respondent doth not beleeve the
said position to bee true in any parte
thereof

To the 4th position hee answerth and
beleeveth the same to bee true . /.

To the 5th pretended position on this rendent
answereth that haveing his former
answers hee doth not beleeve the
said pretended position to bee true in
any parte thereof Saveing this respon=
dent beleeveth that after the arrivall of
the arlate shipp the Leopard att Naples
arlate hee this respondent did take out of
the said shipp all and singular the goods
wares and merchandizes arlate and
delivered the same unto the said Edward
and William Micoe

To the 6th pretended position this rendent
answereth and beleeveth that the goods
wares and merchandizes arlate worth
the summe of [BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT] and noe
more as hee beleeveth and for soe much
and noe more were sould att Naples
arlate And otherwise this respondent doth not
beleeve the said pretended
position to bee true in any part thereof

To the 7th pretensed position here answereth
and beleeveth the same to be true /
