present or was not to bee had for the
goods schedulate att Naples dureing such
time as this respondent did or should
remaine with the said shippe there
then hee this respondent would leave
the said goods schedulate as hee did his
owne in the hands of some able mer
chant att Naples to bee sould and dispo=
sed of for the use and Account of the
said Adys, And this respondent belee=
veth that hee hath accordingly performed
his foresaid promise and bill of ladeing
soe signed by him as aforesaid for that
after such time as hee this rendent
arrived att Naples with his said shippe
the Leopard there was noe opportunity
or markett for the sale of the said goods
schedulate (being herrings) nor of this
respondents owne herrings att Naples
dureing all the time that this respondent
remained there with the said shippe the
Leopard And thereupon this respondent att
his comeing away from Naples was
inforced to leave and did leave aswell
his owne herrings as the herrings or
goods schedulate laden and put aboard
the said shippe the Leopard for the account
of the said Adys in the hands of William
and Edward Micoe then Two able and
sufficient merchants att Naples unto
whome the rest of the said shipps la=
denig (sic) was consigned who had order
from this rendent to dispose of the
goods schedulate for the Account of the
said Adys And soe much this rendent
