gaineing of a voyadge in consideration
whereof the said Thomas horth doeth cove
nant and promise to allowe unto the said William
Bellamy and theire Company one fourth
parte of what oile or other Comodities they
shall kill make and bring home in the
said shipp the said voyadge and alsoe one
Third parte of what oile shipps or goods
they shall take from the ffrench the said
voyadge with such priviledge to the
Comanders and officers as is usuall
in the like kind to other men of
warr for which oile the said Thomas
horth or his Assignes is to pay unto
the said William Bellamy or his Assignes
10 s per Tonne under the market price
within Ten dayes after the landeing
of the said oile att London and condemna
tion and filleing upp they said William
Bellamy and his Company well diligently
and sufficiently performeing theire seve
rall places and charge and giveing unto the
said Thomas horth a true and iust Account
of what goods shall come to any of their
hands in the said voyadge and well and truely
at returne deliver them unto the said Thomas
horth with what whale prisoners or vic
tualls shallbee left unspent upon the said
voyadge ordinary slight and useing and perills
of Seas and enemies alwaies excepted
