dublin to carry the said poore english
people for England and that besides the said
poore people shee had certaine Barrells
of herrings in her and some bedding
and provisions of victualls and
cloathes for the use of the shippes Com
pany and some other goods and [?monXX]
and that shee was bound to Leverpoole
where shee was to discharge the said
herrings and other goods and that in her
course from dublin to Leverpoole shee
was by stresse of weather driven to a
place called [?demopoole] in Chester water
about fourteene miles from Chester at
which time ut credit the Parliament had
Command of Chetwer water and that att
[?danepoole] aforesaid the Company of the
said shippe the hare were ut credit forced
by reason of the stresse of weather for
preservation of the said shipp the hare
and her ladeing and the lives of the Com=
pany and those who were in her to cast
Anchor at [?danepoole] and that dureinge
the time shee was att Anchor at [?dawpoole]
aforesaid which was about six dayes
waiteing for a winde and water to carry
her to Leverpoole being driven by stresse
of weather high upon the shoare the said
shippe the hare was after the storme
and about the sixth day after shee first
came to anchor att [?dawpoole] and
while shee waited for a winde and
water to carry her to Leverpoole
