accepteth the contents thereof soe<br />
farr forth as they make for him<br />
and referreth himselfe to the lawe<br />
and otherwise he doth not beleeve<br />

To the fifth he answereth that he<br />
doth beleeve the schedule arlate<br />
was de facto subscribed and sealed<br />
