worth the sayd respective prizes schedulate And further to these

To the 6th hee saith hee referreth himselfe to the Registrie of
this Court and further hee cannot depose./

To the last his foregoeing deposition is true./
To the Interrogatories./
To the first hee saith hee cometh to testifie in this cause at the
request of the producent hamond to whome hee was a aservant
at the tyme of the deliverie of the respective parcells of beefe predeposed
of and to the rest of the Interrogatorie hee answereth negatively./
To the 2 gee saith hee sawe and heloed to deliver the respective parcells
of beefe predeposed of videlicet the 200 the 500
the 400 1/4 amd 12 pounds delivered in 1653, and the three parcells of 500 lb
a peece delivered in 1654 and alsoe the forementioned parcells of
500 1/4 and 26 pound predeposed of, to the Company of the Sisters
who tooke it into the sayd shipps boat, but where the sayd
shipp laye the tyme Interrogate hee knoweth not And further
saving his foregoeing deposition hee cannot Answere./
