To the fifth Interrogatory he answereth that the goods interrate
were laden aboard the said shipp at Marseillis some by
Isaac Lanson an hollander and some by the Agents of
the Sollicovers, but none by frenchmen or subiects of the
ffrench king and that the said shipp and goods were
consigned to haverdegrace interrate, there to be delivered
but to whom he saith he knoweth not And otherwise he
cannot answeare Saving in her course from Marseillis
unto haverdegrace she was intercepted./
To the sixth Interrogatory he answereth that the said shipp went with
her lading first to Allicant in Spayne where she delivered
out some goods and from thence unto Marsellis where she
unladed the rest All which her Lading was taken in at
hamborough, And that the goods at Marsellis were [?delivered]
unto the Agents of the Sollicovers fior their Accompt
and alsoe for the accompt of the said Scotrightm, Longerman and other hambourgers and that the names of the Agents of the Sollicovers the Owners
were alsoe Sollicovers And further he cannot answeare.
To the seaventh Interrogatory he answereth and saith that there was
noe Charter party for the voyage interrate, and that the Master
was to receive his freight according to the bills of Lading./
