by Mr Newland and Company by order of Captaine hurley for the
Constants company, Simon Baily the master and other of the mariners
thereunto consenting, and severall other moneys for [?corne] and otherwise
were received by the said hurley, but the quantitie hee knoweth not. And
otherwise hee cannot answer saving as aforesaid.

To the fourth hee saith hee verily beleeveth that teh charges of the
Customes and otherwise of the said prizes, and the freight of the
Constant could not amount to lesse then two thousand pounds.
