Theophilus Reuell (alt. Revell) (b.ca.1633; d.1696)
Gives his occupation as a grocer in 1658, but describes himself as a salter in his will, proven in 1696.[1] At the time of his deposition in 1658 he was a servant of the grocer William Greene.[2]
Resident in the parish of Saint Magnus the Martyr in 1658. He appears in the 1677 Directory of London as "Theoph. Revell", with an address of "Thames Street near Billingsgate".[3] His will states his parish of residence as Saint Botolph without Billingsgate. The parishes of Saint Magnus the Martyr and Saint Botolph Billingsgate were adjacent, with the parish churches situated only a few hundred meters apart.
