Master's mate of the Kentish frigot.

Resident in 1654 in Wapping in the county of Middlesex.

Evidence from High Court of Admiralty

Forty-five year old Richard Moore deposed on January 17th 1654 in the High Court of Admiralty. He ws examined in the cause of "The Lord Protector against the Looisa".[1]
