IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Richard Spencer of London Merchant being sick in body but of perfect mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament
FFIRST I recomend my soule to God and my body to be buryed at the dicretion of my Executrix to whom I give and bequeath all my Estate whatsoever reall and personall all my Lands messuages and tenements and all my debts owwing to me or that shall be oweing to me at the time of my death
And I doe hereby make and constitute my dear and loveing wife Mary Spencer Executrix of this ma last Will and Testament And leave the care and provision of my Children to her
In witnesse whereof I have herunto set my hand and seale this thirteenth day of January in the tenth yeare of the Reigne of our soveraigne Lord King William over England xr Anno Dom one thousand six hundred ninety eight
