IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Daniel Whistler of London D:r in Physick being sick in body, but of perfect mind and memory doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following My body I comit to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named And for such Estate as God of his goodnesse hath bestwoed upon me I dispose thereof as followeth

IMPRIMIS I give unto the Colledge or Commonalty of the ffaculty of Physick in London all the Wainscott Chimney Peices Marbles Tyles `Backs ffloores Partitions Staires and all other Goods and ffurnitire which are fiexed to the house I now live in and also the ?Backs Mangers Plants and Partitions which are in the Stable belonging to my said house

ITEM I give unto the said Colledge the Kings Modell and S:r John Cutlers face which are in my Alcove Roome and likewise the Kings head which is in my mans roome and S:r John Cutkers Modell which is in my Clossett And I doe further give unto the said Colledge all my Bookes Manuscripts and Rareityes and the shelves and Drawers which are in my closett and it is my desire that the same be carefully kept and preserved

ITEM I give devise and bequeath into my loving Neice Mary ?Henchlow and her heires forever all my Houses lands Tenements and Hereditmanents with their appurtenances lying and being at Waltham Stow in the County of Essex

ITEM I give unto my servant Robert Hickman Twenty pounds besides what is due to him for wages for the great care and paines hee hath had of me in my sicknesse

ITEM I give unto my servants William Joane and Mary ffive pounds a peice besides their wages

ITEM I give to the ffoot boy Henry three pounds because hee had noe wages

ITEM I give to my loving ffriends S:r John Cutler of Tuttlestreet Westminster in the County of Middy Knight and Baronet And Anthony Lowther of ?Maste in Cleveland in the County of York Esq:r ffifty pounds apeice And I doe likewise give and bequeath into the said S:r John Cutler and Anthony Lowther Esq:r all the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever not before disposed of to the ises intents and purposes following that is to say One third part thereof to the Colledge of Physitians aforesaid of which Colledge I am President and the remaining two third parts to Anthony Lowther Esq:r
