//tyme to tyme execute & perform y.e business ariseing out of certeyne counties properly belonging to the said Second division = & to receive & enioye the due ffees of right belonging unto the said//

//Neither doe theise def:ts knowe of any condiconn or agreem:t made betweene y:e said W:m Stanley and the said Comp:lts that if the said W:m Stanley (being then sick) should happen to dye of thesame sicknesse//

//before he should conferr thesaid Clarkes place upon thesaid comp:lt Tho: Stanley or putt him ina ctuall possession thereof That then the executors adm:ors or assignes of the said Willyam//

//or his said sonn should take noe benefitt of the said Bond; But cause thesame to be delivered upp to bee cancelled; neither doe y.e said def:ts Knowe whether y:e said Willyam Stanley did//

//transferring y:e said Clerks pplace upon y:e said comp:lt Thomas Stanley or putt him in actuall possession thereof, or soe Long deferr or delaythesame y:t it could not bee done as in y:e said //
