//said Rent or Summe of 220:ll a yeare for the residue of the tyme and tearme of Eighteene yeares being six yeares from Michaelmas 1646 ffor which xxx of this was a new Indenture of ??defeasance//

//agreed that if the said Barnabas Walsall his heires Execut:rs and Administrat:rs ??should pay unto him this def:t his Execut:rs or Assignes The full summe of forty pounds of lawfull money of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx//
