//yeerlie rent therupon ?reserved unto the said Bisshop & his Successors paiable at the ffeasts of the Nativitie//

//of our Lord god, & the Nativitie of S:nt John Baptist by equall portions with clause of distresse unto the said//

//Bisshope & his Successors to distreine for the said rent in the XX landes dimised, & in all landes & tenements of the//
