Vasco Da Pama[1] dooth imbarque on this ship y:e Loyall Merch:t w:th intention to pass from Surratt to Goa; hee is á Gentellman of quality Nephew to y:e Marquess de ?Innis Almizante[2] of India my request unto you is y:t you would bee pleased to afford him all freindly favour & Assistance in y:t place & to accommodate his dispatch thence & w:t further Civilityes you shall please to afford; I shall take it as a pticuler kindness; for matter of moneyes hee will have noo occasion thereoff.
